I am a 5th generation Austinite. I moved to Bastrop in 2007 to make it my permanent home. I became an agent with Stanberry & Associates in September of 2008 because Stanberry is a Greater Austin Area locally owned real estate brokerage with an excellent reputation for providing first class service.
I specialize in knowing the Greater Austin area real estate markets as well as really knowing my way around Bastrop county and Travis county.
Whether you need to sell your home, or buy a home, or both, I can make this a much less stressful process for you.
I particularly like working with Buyers. I enjoy taking Buyers by the hand and providing a service that is beyond your expectations. Finding the right home for you that meets your criteria is my number one love in this business. I will use dogged determination to achieve this for you. I mean this whole heartily. My goal is to earn your respect and your business. I want to be worthy of your repeat business as well as your referrals.
Please allow me to represent you in this real estate market. I will do all I can to prove to you that you made a wise choice.
All the Best, Cindy
If you like history, read on.........
Going back to 1873 Austin, I am a descendant of Colonel Galen Crow, my great great grandfather, who came to Texas in 1868 and settled in Bastrop. He was a partner in the Crow & Jones General Store in Bastrop. (With the help of the Bastrop County Historical Society, we are continuing to discover more about his history in Bastrop).
He and his family moved from Bastrop to Austin in 1873. He bought the Austin city block from Rio Grande Street to Nueces Street and 8th to 9th Streets for $300. Col. Crow gave each of his children, when they married, a lot and built them a home on this city block. When Col. Crow moved his family to Austin in 1873, he opened a new store on Congress Avenue. My father was born in Austin in 1919. His family home was located at 806 Rio Grande Street.
